We offer an array of finish options on our ceiling hanging pot racks and we do not charge additional for the service. Our normal lead time is 2 weeks but we can accommodate rush orders. Shipping is normally done via Fed Ex Ground or UPS for home delivery. Commercial account with larger orders can have their order shipped via common carrier , freight collect for added savings. This is only appropriate on orders of more than 6 items. All shipments are fully insured. Examine goods closely upon delivery to insure that you have received the correct item and that has been delivered in good condition.
How to Hang a PotRack - Most potracks should be mounted directly into wood stud work within the ceiling. However you can mount the item into sheet rock provided that it is at least 1/2 inch thick and that it is in good condition. We provide a swag toggle bolt with the ceiling mount units to accommodate either mounting method. If you choose to mount into the sheet rock, do not exceed a total loaded gross weight of 50 pound. This assumes that you are mounting from the 4 chains provide. The weight limit is cut in half if you only mount from 2 anchor points.
Pot Racks Ship Complete with Chain and Hooks: We provide you with enough hooks and chain to properly mount your potrack. You can however purchase additional hanging chain and additional hooks for your wrought iron treasure.
Packaging: We pack all of our products in heavy duty corrugated, heavy-wall cartons. Recyclable kraft paper and boxes are used. We no not use any packing peanuts or foam products that cannot be recycled easily into new materials. This not only protects your wrought iron treasure but helps keep our planet "Green". We have a very high success rate with our customers. Low instance of shipping damage helps everyone. Inspect your package very carefully to insure that you have received a clean pot rack free of shipping damage.
